Our seventh 2024 special.

Calling back to the first beers we really loved, our Production Manager Max took us on a trip to the US West Coast with Mono.

Opening strong with a vibrant earthy aroma of pine, citrus and just a hint of warming biscuit, Mono is crystal bright glowing a deep amber in the glass. A prickly spike of carbonation turns those forest scents into bold, resinous flavours highlighted by a fruity bergamot top note and underlined by a lingering marmalade bitterness.
