Our sixth 2024 special.

When asked what beer she would like to add to the Hand range, our brewer Loz and her sweet tooth took us to the patisserie. A lover of sours and cakes, it was only natural she'd bring us such a creation to sweeten our transition out of Summer.

This zesty, creamy and luxuriously laid-back sour delivers a crumbly, sweet pastry backbone to top notes of freshly zested lemon. Tangy acidity balances sweet malt and juicy fruit, while a sprinkling of Ekuanot hops in the boil enhance aromas of lemon and lime with a hint of the tropics.

A rich body, complimented by just a bite of carbonation completes an illusion of fresh lemon tart in the glass.
