4.5% Earl Grey and Bergamot

Third in our collab lager series with the mighty Permit Room and Dishoom. At first I thought Head Brewer Kate was mad as eggs, but as always, you must trust the brewer! I was blown away that this worked, and it went perfectly alongside the Black Dahl and chicken pick-me-ups.

It’s a beauty and available exclusively at Permit Room and Dishoom restaurants across the UK. Ask for the Craft Beer menu.

The warm and inviting pilsner malt notes of bread and honey blend with a gentle floral, citrus waft of a generous cold brew from award winning locally blended Earl Grey tea leaves and just a dash of natural bergamot essence.

Orange citrus and spice notes are enhanced by a generous dose of Mandarina Bavaria hops layered throughout the boil. A high finishing gravity gives a lingering mouth feel and full body while the tea and fruit offer a hit of citrus bitterness and earthy umami.
